Our decision to purchase quality is without question a very good healthy decision. A few years ago,
we purchased a sauna from a local pool company that was promoting a Canadian made home
sauna for a very low price of $1,900. Knowing the benefits of Infrared saunas, we purchased one,
brought it home and assembled it. We only used it twice and returned it for one very strong reason.
Quality! After using it, the ceramic heaters were faulty right from the start. Only three worked and two
were defective. I also experienced a burning sensation in my eyes. As I was returning the product
to the store, I took note of the packaging which indicated it was made in China. Since returning our
first sauna, we have continued our search for an Infrared sauna and located two Canadian companies
that offer a quality product with a very low price. I personally called these companies and was told
that in order to keep costs competitive, their saunas were all made in China. By doing so, they then
pass all the savings to their customers. I would like to give you an example of buying quality over
lower price. Our first sauna was just over $2,000. I had to pick it up, assemble it and had absolutely
no customer support, unless I contacted the supplier who was based out of the United States. This
product had a very strong odour of glue, which only magnified when we turned the heat on. The unit
itself was not manufactured well as all four sides would not lock properly in place. Our SaunaRay
cost us a fraction more compared to our first experience. Right from our original conversation, you
and your staff answered all our questions. We felt very comfortable knowing we were buying a quality
product, it was 100% Canadian made, used by medical staff and professional athletes and best of
all you guaranteed no harmful toxins. The customer support from Nancy regarding the delivery date
was very much appreciated. The delivery date was set and arrived on time. Dave arrived and not
only did he take the time to remove all the packaging and ensure our sauna was perfect, he
assembled it and took the time to explain the operation of it. This is a lifetime sauna we now have.
Knowing it is safe assures us we will get the maximum health benefits we have been looking to
obtain. We will be referring all our family, friends, co-workers and complete strangers your company
