Every SaunaRay product carries the SaunaRay limited lifetime quarantee.  That means the
cabinet and electrical systems are quaranteed free from manufacturer's defect as long as
you own it.  The timer has a 5 year full replacement guarantee.  The heaters are also
guaranteed as long as you own it.  The ceramic elements have a life expectency of 10,000
hours which is 25 years of regular use.  At that time replacement heaters can be purchased
from us at a discount for exisiting customers.  However, in 10 years our heaters are so solid,
we've never replaced one yet that has burned out from age.
